Refund Policy for Al Naqi Dry Fruits
1. General Terms for Refunds.
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for reasons such as personal preferences or changes of mind. Refunds are only provided for:
1. Damaged or defective products at the time of delivery
2. Incorrect items shipped
2. Eligibility for Refunds.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours from the delivery to be eligible for a refund. We require:
1. A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
2.Proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice
Failure to contact us within the 24 hours window may result in your refund request being denied.
3. Refund Process.
After assessing the eligibility of your claim, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout.
4. Refunds Based on Payment Method.
Credit/Debit Card Payments: If you paid by credit or debit card, we will initiate the refund to your card issuer. This process may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your bank's policies.
Bank Transfer: Refunds for payments made via bank transfer will be credited back to the original bank account. Please allow up to 10–14 business days for processing, as bank transfers may involve additional verification steps.
UPI (Unified Payments Interface): For payments made through UPI platforms, the refund will be credited directly to your UPI-linked bank account. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process.
Digital Wallets (e.g., Paytm, Google Pay): If you paid through a digital wallet, your refund will be returned to the wallet used for the purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.
5. Missing or Delayed Refunds.
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified timeline:
- Check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
- Contact our customer support team for further assistance if your bank or payment provider is unable to provide an update.
6. Return of Non-Refundable Items.
For health and safety reasons, once opened, dry fruits are not eligible for returns, even if they arrive in good condition.
