Shipping Policy

1.Order Processing Time

1.All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving the order     confirmation. Customers will receive a notification when their order has been dispatched.
2.In case of any delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times.

 
1. Standard Delivery(3-7 business days): Charges are calculated based on location and order weight. Shipping is free on orders above ₹500.
2. Express Delivery(1-3 business days): Additional charges apply for expedited shipping, available on select locations only.
3. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, service provider, and local COVID-19 or other restrictions.

3.Delivery Locations.
1. We currently ship across all states in India. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard delivery times.
2. International shipping is currently unavailable but may be introduced in the future.

4.Shipment Tracking.  
1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.


2. If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours of order dispatch, please contact us at info@alnaqi.in or call +91 70068 40815.

5.Order Modifications.  


1.Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once an item is shipped, we cannot process cancellations.

6.Damaged or Lost Packages.

  
We take utmost care to ensure safe delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details, and we will arrange a replacement.


1. If a shipment is delayed or lost, we will coordinate with our courier partners for resolution and keep you updated throughout the process.

7.Non-Delivery Claims.

 
1.For any issues related to non-delivery of your order, claims must be filed within 15 days from the date of dispatch. Claims after this period will not be eligible for resolution.
